In 2003, he was stationed at the captured Iraqi Air Force Base. The buildings there were hardened and the safest. He and his team thought they were very lucky to be there.

This base was cleared already at the time of the invasion, and there were bullet holes in the façade and interior of the building.

There was a semi-functional bathroom, and everyone used the bathroom sink to shave.

Whenever this user passed by the bathroom on the way to his team at night, he would occasionally see a shadow form standing in front of the sink, and he could see this with the corner of his eyes.

This shadow form always disappeared when the user turned his head toward it to see directly.

This happened to him two or three times before he discussed this with his team members.

One of the guys seems relieved and says that he had been seeing it too.

By the end of their stay at this building, most people had an encounter with this shadow form.

According to this user, Iraq is really haunted, and there were other paranormal things that happened to them as well.
